"Impressive ride comfort and fuel economy" according to Consumer Reports about this model: this 2011 Legacy 2.5i Premium with 141k is in Satin White Pearl.

We've replaced the head gaskets and valve cover gaskets, the timing kit and water pump, both rear wheel bearings, both rear brake rotors and pads (front pads are like new, with 10mm depth), the VDC control module (see below), a speed sensor, a tie rod end, and the driver's window motor.

Gave it a 300+ mile test to make sure everything checks out, and it's ready to go.

Fuel economy rating is 31 hwy/23 city. We got a 27.3 mpg average over 360 miles. Not bad for an All-Wheel-Drive vehicle.

Alloy 8-spoke rims (16") add a touch of class. Front tires are like new: Yokohama Avid Envigor All-Seasons with 9/32" tread. Rear tires are Goodyear Assurance All-Seasons with 6/32" tread (about 50% of depth remaining).

Plenty of legroom in this sedan. 10-way power driver's seat including power lumbar support. Remote start!

Automatic (CVT) transmission with optional manual mode: paddle shifters on the steering wheel. Steering wheel audio controls; also tilts and telescopes for your comfort. Aux port in center console. Fold-down armrest with cupholders in back seat. Back seats fold down for more cargo space.

For stability and safety, Subaru's Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) system monitors the direction of the car compared to the intended steering direction. It compensates by braking individual wheels and/or altering fuel flow to the engine. Also, the Traction Control System senses if any wheels are skidding and redirects power only to those wheels having the best traction. This is what is meant by the word "symmetrical" in Subaru's "Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive."

Imperfections (see photos): rust spots on hood and above windshield, and on RH quarter panel; peeling on bumper covers. TPMS light is on even though all tires are inflated to recommended pressure.

But of course it has Subaru's signature All-Wheel Drive transmission!
