Hope you noticed the rims.
It's a 2013 Subaru Impreza 2.0i sedan with 103k in Dark Gray Metallic. Ready to go after we replaced the engine (replacement engine has 112k). Gave it new rear brake pads and rotors. Front pads are not far from new, with 8mm thickness (10mm is new for front pads). Also installed a new cruise control switch and a front door weatherstrip.
--> Gave it our signature 300+ mile test, and it passed.
17" alloy designer wheels with a set of 4 Douglas Performance All-Season tires. Front tires have 6/32" tread (about 50% remaining), and rear ones have 4-5/32" tread (about 30% remaining). We rotated the tires for you, putting the deeper tread in front, and balanced them as well.
A trip computer is in the dashboard to monitor fuel economy: it's gotten 30.9 mpg over the last 418 miles (see
Handsfree Bluetooth connectivity for your phone and wireless audio streaming. The steering wheel has audio, Bluetooth, phone, and cruise control buttons. A USB port plus a 1/8" aux jack are in the center console. Two 12v power outlets: one in the front console, other in the center console.
Tilt and telescoping steering wheel. Tilt- as well as height-adjustable headrests.
For stability and safety, Subaru's Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) system monitors the direction of the car compared to the intended steering direction. It compensates by braking individual wheels and/or altering fuel flow to the engine. Also, the Traction Control System (TCS) senses if any wheels are skidding and redirects power only to those wheels having the best traction.
This model was a Top Safety Pick for 2013 by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. It comes with seven airbags (including side-curtain ones and a driver's knee airbag) as well as Brake Assist.
Imperfections: Hole in driver's seat upholstery; pokes in armrest (see photos). Brake lamp switch recall. All the lights work, but Subaru wants to replace this switch to eliminate a potential problem down the road. We'll give you the number so you can schedule this free service.
But of course this Impreza has Subaru's signature All-Wheel Drive transmission!
